Some venues include an adequate audio set-up that usually includes microphones, speakers etc.. If this is your situation then this is the package for you. We integrate our video system to work with the in-house audio system. As with all our packages a professional AV technician will be on-site all day to set-up and operate the equipment.
** Professional Audio Visual Technician (10 hours max. + applicable overtime) is included with this package **

32" LCD Monitor (this is placed in front of the presenter so they can always
see their slides without turning to the screen)

Wireless cueing device (allows the presenters to cue their slides wirelessly)

NOTE: This package is designed to accommodate an effective audience of approximately
80 persons only. Bigger rooms and greater audience will require additional equipment.
