Anybody that has been involved in the organizing and planning of a conference or presentation knows that dealing with the AV equipment requirements can be unnerving and what's worse sometimes you get put in a position to operate the equipment. Not only that, most AV rental companies tend to price out every single item (down to the cable in some instances) separately. As organizers and meeting planners, you try to anticipate the needs of the presenters. but you're not an AV technician. This package was made for you. This package includes everything you need to do most small to mid sized meetings and presentations. Also, the equipment is already package priced and pro-rated so you know you're getting good value. As with all our packages a professional AV technician will be on-site all day to set-up and operate the equipment.
